We follow Article 19 of Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act and related rules.

1. 1

7-day cooling-off

You can return a work within 7 days of receiving it (weekends and holidays included), with no reason needed and at no cost to you. This is a cooling-off period, not a trial period, so please take good care of the work.

2. 2

How to return

Within the 7 days, email or call us with the name on the order and the work’s title (a reason is optional). Once we hear from you, we’ll arrange collection.

3. 3

Condition

Please send the work back with its frame, packing materials and certificate of authenticity. Unpacking it to look it over doesn’t affect your right to return. If the work has been used or damaged beyond inspection, we’ll agree a repair cost with you based on the damage.

4. 4

Return shipping

For returns within the 7-day period, Dachshund Studio pays for collection and return shipping.

5. 5

Refunds

We refund the full amount to your original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned work.

6. 6

Damaged on arrival

If a work arrives damaged, keep the box and packing, take photos and contact us as soon as you can. Originals are one of a kind and can’t be swapped, so we’ll offer a repair or a full refund.

7. 7

Exceptions

Under Taiwan’s rules on reasonable exceptions for distance sales, works commissioned or customised at your request aren’t covered by the 7-day period. We’ll tell you before we accept a commission.
